It's certified true+ but looking at Honda handbook, it's not super specific on if issues like this are covered or not. If it is covered, we will owe nothing, so it's essentially a coin flip. If it's determined that it isn't covered under warranty we have to pay $1000 for labor on top of another $2700 to actually fix the issue of oil leaking into the chamber. Now they are saying that they have to take the car apart and have a Honda of American inspector come out to determine if the issue is in fact covered by the warranty and it's going to take a week. We take it in and they told us there is oil leaking into the cylinder chamber and has nothing to do with the Oil Pressure switch they replaced, which I'm pretty sure isn't correct. Then last week it started rumbling and vibrating badly with the VSA and Engine service light on. They replaced the oil pressure switch and it was good for 2-3 weeks. Every time the van switched from 2nd to 3rd it felt like you had just been hit by another car. We took it into a Honda certified service center a few weeks ago, because we were getting the 'studdering' problem with it which is quite common with these I guess. It's a Honda Certified True+ vehicle so most of the repairs have been covered, but I'm getting pretty damn sick of it. We bought this 2016 Honda Odyssey SE last October, it has 76k miles on it and has been in the shop 7 times since we have had it.
